Wonder of Wendy

Wonder of Wendy is a standard African violet that originated from seed in 2022 within the Vancouver African Violet Growers Club (VAVGC). Grown by club member Wendy and later propagated and selected by Bob Hunter, it produces single soft-pink flowers with good substance and bright yellow centers. The medium-to-dark green leaves are quilted and slightly wavy. It is a free-blooming, symmetrical plant that comes true from leaf cuttings. Currently in the process of registration with AVSA.

Wonder of Wendy is a standard African violet selected from seed by the Vancouver African Violet Growers Club. It produces single soft-pink blooms held nicely above the foliage. The leaves are medium to dark green, quilted, and slightly wavy. The plant forms a neat, symmetrical rosette and has proven stable through multiple generations of leaf propagation. Registration with AVSA is currently in process.
